Virginia Casellas Obituary
passed away January 3, 2025 in Tampa, Florida. She is survived by her husband, Jaime Casellas; daughter, Ana Marie Casellas-Lukachek; son in law, Steve Lukachek; and granddaughter, Jacqueline Lukachek. She was preceded in death by son, Jaime Casellas Jr.; father, Frank Soler; mother, Grace Soler; and sister, Graciela Soler. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She was a Ballerina at Jose Pares Dance Academy. She married Jaime and moved to Baltimore, Md. in 1969. She fell in love with Tampa and moved there with her family in 1974. She enjoyed dancing, traveling, shopping and outings with her many friends. She was an animal lover. Thank you to Virgina Ana Valencia for her care. Burial arrangements are being taken care of by Gonzales Funeral home. The wake will take place at Gonzales Funeral Home, 7209 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, on Thursday January 9 from 5-8 pm. Funeral Mass will take place at Incarnation Church 8220 W. Hillsborough Ave. at 10am January 10. Internment will be at 12 pm at Myrtle Hill Cemetery 4202 Lake ave., Tampa. Pallbearers are : Dr. Pascual Bidot, Dr. Frank Escobar, Steve Lukachek, Dr. Juan Martinez, Alberto Perez and Jorge Ramirez. May Virginia rest in peace.
