Vitezslav MERHAUT-KOCHMAN

MERHAUT-KOCHMAN, Vitezslav Pavel "Victor" 78, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023. He was born in Germany on July 13, 1945, the son of Alois and Yarmil. Entrepreneurial and adventurous, Victor led tours through Eastern Europe and raced motorcycles in the FIM World Championship in the 1960s. He worked for Pan American World Airways and flew volunteer missions to Vietnam during the war, which earned him immigration sponsorship to the United States in 1971. He owned a security company and worked over a decade at Sunset-Gower Studios in Hollywood, CA. He spent the next twenty years in real estate before retiring to Florida in 2007. Victor is survived in the US by his son, Andrew and his family; he is survived in Europe by his sister and daughter. Visit his memorial at victormerhaut.com
