GHALY, Mr. Youssef

85, went to his heavenly rest September 30, 2018. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle; a man of great faith and service. He was the husband of the late Samira Ghaly; father of Fr. Youstos Ghaly, of New Orleans, LA; Salwa Boulos and Hanan Dawood; father-in-law of Atef Boulos, David Dawood, Tasoni Mary Ghaly; brother of Boshra, Boulis, Mechel and Zareef Ghaly, the late Hanna Daoud, Tamam Abdelmalek, and Afaf Aknoukh; brother-in-law of Zaghlool Farag, Michael Abdelmalek, Mariam, Kamilia and Nadia Ghaly, Emil Aknoukh, Nadia and Samir Barsoum, Samia and Emil Wahba, Ester and the late Sobhy Ibrahim and Joseph and Sally Matta. He is survived by his grandchildren, David and Christine Boulos, Marina and Micheal Wassif, Paul Ghaly, Sarah, Lisa and Hannah Dawood; and great-grandchildren, Elijah, Ella, and Ezra Boulos and Faith Wassif and the many nephews and nieces whom he loved. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 6, 2018, 10 am at: St. George Coptic Orthodox Church, 2135 W. Busch Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612. Burial services to follow. May the Lord grant our much-loved father joy and peace as he reunites with his beloved wife, the late Samira, and grandson, the late Timothy Boulos.
