Henry Diniz

In Dunedin, FL. Henry Diniz 76 of Raynham passed away into eternal rest after a lengthy illness on April 21, 2018 in his winter home. He was surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of the late Fransico and Mary (Costa) Diniz. Henry leaves behind his loving wife Carol (Faria) Diniz as well as his two loving sons John Diniz and Frank Diniz of Taunton. He leaves two granddaughters, Jennifer and Haylee Diniz; as well as three stepchildren Cindy Fitzpatrick and Steve Jones of Raynham,and Nancy Carreira of Berkley. He also leaves behind six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Henry graduated from Taunton High School class of 1960, and then attended Chamberlain Junior College. He served in the Army Reserve and proceeded to work for the United States Post Office in downtown Taunton for 37 years. Henry enjoyed spending time with his family at the cottage in Onset, fishing, gardening and going on many trips or adventures. He enjoyed watching sports and playing basketball. He especially enjoyed going for coffee and playing basketball with his good friend Mike. A private service will be held at the discretion of the family and arrangements are under the care of O'Keefe-Wade Funeral Home in Taunton.
