Patricia "Duba" J. (Wilber) Gove, 72, of Berkley, passed away on May 6, 2021 at St. Elizabeths Hospital. She was the beloved wife of fifty-four years to. G. Paul Gove. Born in Norwood; Patricia was the daughter of the late Everett and Margaret (Jarvis) Wilber. A graduate of Sharon High School, she went on to work for ten years as a secretary for the Local 12 Boston Plumbers Union, and owned Gove Tax Services for over thirty years. Mrs. Gove also earned an Associates Degree from Bristol Community College. Patricia was also an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star Patricia loved crafting; she was a certified ceramics teacher, and loved knitting and crocheting. She enjoyed gardening and participating in the Relay for Life with her family. She cherished the time she spend with her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Patricia leaves behind her daughters; Jeanne Leonard and her husband David of Berkley, and Doris Kupis and her husband John of Berkley, grandchildren; Andrew, Ashley, Connor, William and Alexis, her sisters; Margaret Gove of Zephyrhills, Florida, and Judy Wilber of Sharon, and her brother; Nelson Wilber of Virginia Beach Calling Hours for Patricia will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 from 4-7pm in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Avenue, Taunton. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Facial Coverings and Social Distancing are required inside the funeral home at all times.
