ANN J. GAINES Ann J. Gaines, 81, died May 6, 2008 in Ft. Pierce, Florida. Mrs. Gaines was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and moved to Ft. Pierce 35 years ago, coming from Miami. She was a homemaker and a member of the Community United Methodist Church, Ft. Pierce. Survivors include her daughter, Margery Gaines of Ft. Pierce, FL; sons, J.W. (Marcie) Gaines of Ft. Pierce, FL and Michael D. (Joni) Gaines of Alpharetta, GA; grandchildren, Brian Coronado, Katie, Ashley, and Sara Gaines; sisters, Gina Stover, Mary Bahrs and Jane Grandusky. She was preceded in death by her husband, William M. Gaines and brothers, Thomas and James Josey. Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer For the Cure, 5005 LBJ Fwy, Suite 250, Dallas, TX 75244, or to Community United Methodist Church Puppett Ministry, 3114 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34947. Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9, 2009 from 5-7 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
