I recently learned of the death of Dan Dan and I were childhood friends in the 40s and 50s I remember skipping school with Dan and we would go to the beach many times we rode bicycles together we played a little car to gather we were just the best of friends . I remember Dan and I walking to the Mitchell school which was our grammar school in Wethersfield occasionally his father would take us to school on a rainy day but that was very rare once again I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Dan
