April 4, 2016

As a fellow Milwaukee County Retiree, I send my sincere condolence to the Chapp Family. May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who fall asleep in death, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. Psalms 116:15
