Elizabeth Meinking Obituary
VERO BEACH, FL
Elizabeth I. Meinking, 92, of Vero Beach passed away June 16, 2018 at Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL.
She was born Oct. 14, 1925, in New York City and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 33 years, moving from Cold Spring Harbor, Long Island, N.Y.
Mrs. Meinking was married to William F. Meinking (deceased) for 50 years and was a regular volunteer at Vero Beach Museum of Art as well as the Library System of Indian River County.
Surviving are two sons, Richard A. Meinking and William E. (Sharon) Meinking, both of Vero Beach, FL.
A memorial service will be held at Indian River Estates West Building Chapel on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at 2PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to VNA Hospice House of Vero Beach, FL in Mrs. Meinking's memory.

Although not related by blood, she was my closest "Aunt" to me and Great-Aunt to my children. I'll always remember her infectious laugh and how she powered through so much adversity in her life. Aunt Betty, you will be sorely missed. Love, Bob
