Franklin A. Schuloff

Franklin A. Schuloff, 74, died June 16, 2009, at Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart. He was born in Philadelphia and lived in Palm City for 14 years, coming from Miami. He became an Eagle Scout in 1953. He also received a medal from the CIA for 36 years of honorable service. Survivors include by his wife Ulderica Schuloff; daughters, Valerie Reedy of Boca Raton, Stephanie Nicgorski of Herndon, Va., and Monica Smith of Miami; and four grandchildren. services: A memorial service is at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 19, with a DVD presentation at 11:30, at All County Funeral Home and Crematory Treasure Coast Chapel in Stuart.
