Jon...we had such great times in health class where we laughed and came up with the nickname Louie for you! In ROTC, we had even more great memories and you were so sweet and loving. I always joked with you and told you that it was because you were homeschooled with the sweetest woman in the world, your mom. You taught me how to fill out my college applications as I watched you do yours and told me what I should and shouldn't do! Kristen, Lenny, and I would raid your closet and take home shirts (one of which I found the night of your service and wore while I slept that night). I remember going to car washes with you and we would just have a ball throwing water and sponges at each other. You had the most beautiful eyes and everyone would always tell you that! You were one of the coolest people I've met. Everyone would always laugh about how you walked "like a penguin" :) I will never forget you nor the awesome times we spent together! You will always be in my heart. Your memorial service was so hard for me since I hadn't talked to you in a while. I was going to go with Garcia to drop clothes off to you and Missy for the babies, but I didn't end up going. I know you are watching down from heaven looking over us and remembering all the great times. I love you Louie!

Mindy,
I was shocked and saddened on Saturday when I read the newspaper.
After reading all of the entries in the guest book it is obvious that Jonathon had many of your fine qualities. I'm sorry I can't be there on Tuesday to support you and your family in this time of need.
God Bless.

My Dear Jonathon, Oh how my heart aches to hear your voice, embrace your loving hugs, and see your smiling face. I love you more than life and wish I could of taken your place in this tragedy. I know you are in Glory with Jesus and are looking down upon us. I pray we have fulfilled your last wishes. We have been so amazingly blessed by the outpouring of your friends. In the short 19 years God allowed us to have you, you have touched lives all over the country. You were a wonderful, most precious son, whom I was ever so proud of. I will miss you so much, but will be forever in my heart. I can't wait to meet you in Glory and what better way for you to keep watch over me, than from heaven above. I love you Jonathon. Mom
