Kenneth Engelbrecht Obituary
Stuart - Kenneth Richard Engelbrecht, 69, of Stuart, Florida, peacefully passed away on November 28, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in New York to Roy and Sophie Engelbrecht. Kenny was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and was President of Walls Alive Painting, providing 28 years of dedicated services to his loyal and loved customers in Stuart, Florida. Kenny's entertaining personality and devotion to his friends and family will be sorely missed. He was generous in nature and loved being surrounded by his family especially his grandchildren. He also took great pride and enjoyment in his landscape gardening. He is survived by his devoted wife Linda Powers Fisher, his children Michelle Pavola (Jim); Jeffrey (Lila), Nicholas (Jennifer), Kimberly (Rick) Ruperto, and Mathew; and his children's mother, Jane; step children Jimmy Fisher and Ashley Tripp. He is also survived by 3 sisters, Judy Hodges, Lynn (Don), Lori (Mick) Maag; and 11 grandchildren. Kenny was predeceased by his parents Roy and Sophie Engelbrecht. He was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church in Stuart. Due to Covid, a Private Memorial service will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kenny's memory to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, Florida 34997 or a charity of choice.
