Margaret A. Poklen

Margaret A. Poklen, 85, died Oct. 15, 2010, at The Place in Stuart. She was born in Marine City, Mich., and lived in Stuart for 12 years, coming from Cary, Ill. Before retiring, she was a medical secretary at Fahey Medical Center in Des Plaines, Ill., for 20 years. Survivors include her sons, Don Johnson of Palm City and Bradley Johnson of Issaquah, Wash.; stepson, Jay Scott Poklen of Barrington, Ill.; stepdaughters, Susan Lynn Krettler of Cary and Sally Dee Maughermen of Indiana; three grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Lester Poklen; and son, Gregory Johnson. Services: Inurnment will be at Windridge Memorial Park in Cary.
