Miriam K. Lech, 90, of Jensen Beach, FL and Point Pleasant Beach, NJ died October 10, 2016 at home.
Born on April 7, 1926 in Trenton, Mrs. Lech resided in Lawrenceville most of her life, moving to Jensen Beach in 1990. She spent her summers in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Miriam enjoyed spending time with her beloved family and friends. She loved playing Rummikub, attending yard sales and happy hour with her dear friends.
Daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Barnes, wife of the late Joseph S. Lech Jr., sister of the late Joseph Barnes, she is survived by her three sons and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Maryann Lech III, Donald Lech, and Stanley Lech, all of Lawrenceville; her grandchildren Joseph and Jill Lech IV, Allison and Robert Cento, Kristina, Joseph, Jesse, and Sarah Lech and Great-Grandchildren Mary Lech, Joseph Lech V, and Nicholas Lech and Salvatore Cento; her many nieces and nephews; and her extended families the Cappelliti's, McManus's, and Barbera's and all of her beloved friends from Jensen Beach Florida.
The funeral will begin on Saturday morning at 8:30AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30AM at St. Joseph's Church 540 Olden Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638.
Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 5-8PM and again on Saturday morning from 8-8:30AM at the funeral home.
Donations in Miriam's memory can be made to the Mercer County Sunshine Foundation by mail at P.O. Box 55130, Trenton, NJ 08638.
