Patrick Yannucci Obituary

Patrick F. Yannucci, 87, died Nov. 15, 2007, at the St. Lucie Medical Center. He was born in Jamaica, N.Y., and lived in Port St. Lucie for 27 years, coming from New Hyde Park, N.Y. During World War II, he served in the Navy. Before retirement, he was a track supervisor for the Long Island Railroad, N.Y., where he was employed for 38 years. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie. He was a member of the Port St. Lucie Elks Lodge 2658. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Stella Yannucci of Port St. Lucie; sons, Robert Yannucci of Coram, N.Y., and Patrick Yannucci of Glen Oaks, N.Y.; sisters, Delores DeLuca of Brigantine, N.J., and Theresa Gamble of Garden City Park, N.Y.; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Family Catholic Church, 2330 S.E. Mariposa Avenue, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952. SERVICES: Services will be in Coram under the direction of the Marinello Funeral Home. Burial will be in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, N.Y. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church at a later date. Local arrangements are by Byrd, Young and Prill Port St. Lucie Funeral Home.
