Passed away on March 2, 2016. He was born in Penn, PA. He was retired from Atlas where he was a tire inspector. He was pre deceased by his father William F. Nedley and mother Rosemarie Dreistadt Nedley, and brother Paul A. Nedley. He is survived by a brother John Nedley of Penn, PA and sister Rosemary Nedley Capar and a number of nieces and nephews.
