Bill Boatman Obituary
A celebration of life for Bill and Joan Boatman will be held on May 17, 2025, at 1 p.m. at the Cowlitz County Event Center, 1900 7th Ave., Longview, Wash.
Bill and Joan Boatman resided in Kalama, Wash. They shared a remarkable 72 years of marriage and are a lasting testament to a life well lived in deep partnership and commitment.
Family, friends, and all who knew them in the community, are warmly invited to gather in remembrance and share cherished stories and memories. Food will be provided, and a no-host bar will be available.

I got to know Joan from me working at Kelso Safeway and she came in for many years shopping. She was always so pleasant to talk to. Very sweet lady. She had a very sweet care taker who was a young lady, blonde hair, who treated her so nice. I will always remember her as one of my favorite customers. I retired from Safeway and had not seen her for the last 3 years.
