Bonnie Steele Obituary

Bonnie Jo Steele, 58, passed away on July 21, 2025, in Castle Rock, Washington.

Born on April 28, 1967, Bonnie grew up in Castle Rock and attended Castle Rock Elementary and Castle Rock High School. During her school years, she played basketball and softball, developing a lifelong love for sports-especially baseball, football, and basketball.

Bonnie dedicated her life to being a stay-at-home mom, cherishing the time spent with her family. She deeply loved her son, Isaiah D. Steele, and her husband, David Steele. Her devotion extended to her sister, Kelly Borroz-Bowers, and to the many others who were part of her life.

A woman of faith, Bonnie found strength and joy in her relationship with the Lord and was devoted to her church family. Her compassion also extended to animals; she had a special place in her heart for dogs and cats and supported causes like the Cowlitz County Humane Society.

Bonnie enjoyed watching old TV shows and found comfort in the simple pleasures of home life. Her warmth and presence will be missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of Bonnie's life will be held on September 21, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the North County Recreation Association (NCRA), located at 5140 Westside Highway, Castle Rock, WA 98611.

May Bonnie's memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
