Donna Mathers Obituary
She was born Jan. 16, 1930, in Mitchell, S.D., to Floyd and Beulah (Moore) Provancha.
Mrs. Mathers was a homemaker. She moved to the local area in 1990.
Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Mathers; a son, Jimmy Mathers; two sisters, Patty Smith and Barbara Harmon; a brother, Jimmy Lesley; four nieces; 11 nephews; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
Her husband, Jim Mathers, preceded her in death.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Steele Chapel. Private interment will take place at Longview Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Evergreen Americana Health and Rehabilitation Center, 917 Seventh Ave., Longview, WA 98632.
