My great high school friend Lane! I'm going to miss you guy, you were one of the reasons I got good grades and was in the top 10 percent of our graduating class. I followed your lead developing the study habits that helped get me into college later on. I spent time at your home and really enjoyed my relationship with your Dad and Mom. Caddying for your Dad at the Longview Country Club led to my first pair of eyeglasses after I lost three of his golf balls one Saturday. He forgave me later! He later was able get me employment at the Longview Fiber Co., which got me into college. I could write a small book on what Lane and his parents did for me. May God bless you in Heaven Lane and all your family and friends here on earth. See you on the other side!!
