Beverley M. Denine

Fredericksburg, VA - Beloved wife and loving mother Beverley Mae Worden Shore Denine, 90 passed peacefully on March 18, 2018 in Fredericksburg, VA. Born in Worcester, MA, she was the daughter of Mary S. Hamm Worden and William J. Worden. She was a graduate of Shrewsbury High School class of 1945 and Worcester City Hospital School of Nursing class of 1948. She became a member of the United States Cadet Nurse Corps in 1945 and was received into the Artemas Ward Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star in 1965. She served for many years as a bedside nurse and subsequently as industrial nurse for The Norton Company and General Motors in Framingham. She and her husband moved to Conover NC in 1980 where she maintained her RN license. She most recently lived in Fredericksburg VA since 2015 where her passions were quilting and bird watching plus she enjoyed meeting with friends, family and attending her High School and Nursing Program reunions. Beverley was married to her husbands, John F. Denine, formerly of Conover NC and Charles D. Shore of Shrewsbury who predeceased her. She is also predeceased by her siblings, W. Allen Worden, Barbara Worden Hicks, and Albert H. Worden. She is survived by her three sons and one niece; Robert K. Shore of Holliston MA, LTC (ret.) Richard Shore of Washington DC, Valmore F. Denine Jr. of Ware MA, and Marilyn Worden Dansereau of Barnstead NH. She is also survived by four granddaughters, one grandniece, and three great grandchildren. Following cremation, her ashes will be placed with family in Hope Cemetery, Worcester MA. According to her wishes there will be no funeral or graveside services. Donations can be made in her name to a charity of your choice.
