Christopher Lacaire Obituary

Christopher G. Lacaire, 43, of 10 Chestnut St., died Friday, July 4, after being stricken ill.

He leaves his wife, Lena M. (Warfield) Lacaire of Worcester; his mother, Gail (Pomeroy) Lacaire of Brookfield; two daughters, Arelle Lacaire of Warren, Athena Lacaire of West Brookfield; two brothers, Patrick L. Lacaire and his wife Kim of Holland; his twin brother, Craig E. Lacaire and his wife Kathy of Fiskdale; three sisters, Vicky A. Durant of Oxford, Amy G. Maynard of Key West, Florida, Angela R. Sanborn and her husband Keith of East Brookfield; 13 nieces and nephews.

He was pre-deceased by his father, Frederick E. Lacaire in 2002.

He was born in Worcester and spent most of his life in Spencer. He served his country in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. He was a graduate of David Prouty High School in Spencer. He was very devoted to his family and friends and had a great fondness for animals.

The funeral will be held Thursday, July 10 from the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Mary, Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. Calling hours are Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Spencer Police Association, 9 West Main St., Spencer, MA 01562.
