Trinity, FL - Daria Lynne (Atanian) Melendez, 62, of Trinity, Florida and formerly of Worcester, MA passed away suddenly, September 17, 2017.
Daria was preceded in death by parents Anthony and Florence Atanian, and brother Darryl Atanian. She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Nelson; her precious daughter, Bianca Starr; her brother Dana Atanian (Carole); nieces Devan Bolinder (Matt) and Kathleen Atanian (Alex); a grandnephew, Liam Bolinder; many beloved cousins and many, many dear friends. A talented dancer, choreographer and teacher, Daria leaves behind countless performers who will continue to be inspired by her passion and love. Her daughter, Bianca remains her shining star.
A funeral service honoring Daria's life will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, September 27th at Holy Trinity Armenian Apostolic Church, 635 Grove Street, Worcester. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service beginning at 10:00am Burial will following in Hope Cemetery, Worcester. Flowers are welcome, but you may make donations to the church in Daria's name instead. Arrangements are under the care of the CALLAHAN, FAY & CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester.

Daria, I will never forget learning dance; ballet, tap and jazz at your "Daria's Dance Studio"! I still look at my recital pictures from time to time. What beautiful memories!
