David Charles Gaumond, 74

Taftville, CT - son of Paul Phillip and Lillian D (Marsha) Gaumond, passed away January 5, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 5 years, Phyllis Apkarian-Gaumond. He was predeceased by Arthur Gaumond and Jeannette Cotino. His surviving siblings include John Gaumond, Paula Lacaire and Diane Gaumond, all of Worcester, and Marsha Keck of Canterbury, CT. His children are Andrea Santiago of Worcester, Brian, David and Silke Gaumond of Rutland and Brenda and Deanna of Worcester. He had 4 grandchildren, Megan and Emily Santiago and Justin and Brandon Gaumond of Rutland.

Memorial Service will be held at the Taftville Congregational Church on Thursday, January 14, at 11am, followed by a memorial meal. Godere Funeral Home, 21 N 2nd Street, Taftville

To my beautiful sister: I miss David, his smile and his laugh. So many memories of when I came to visit. He taught me how to properly play certain games at Foxwoods, and I will love him for that. My hugs and love to you, and to his family. Blessings.
