David Minto Obituary

David G. Minto, 61, of Chelsea ME died Wed. June 3 at the VA Hospital in W. Roxbury after an illness. He is survived by his children Jennifer Verdini of Northbridge and David Minto of Blackstone; a step-sister Paulette Minto of Scotland; aunts, uncles, and cousins. Born in Bridge of Alien, Scotland on Jan. 10, 1948 he was the son of David and Eliza (Todd) Minto.

Mr. Minto worked at Pratt and Whitney Co. for several years. He was a three tour Vietnam Veteran, serving as a Sergeant with the 82nd Airborne. He enjoyed fishing.

His funeral service with Military Honors will be held Thurs. June 11 at 9:45 in the VA National Cemetery in Bourne. There are no calling hours. Jackman Funeral Home, 12 Spring St., Whitinsville is directing arrangements.
