Dee was a very special lady and I was blessed to have her as my friend. We worked together at UMASS Medical Center and had lunch together every day. I miss my buddy!

Our beautiful Dee....... I miss her so much. She was more than a great friend to me. At this time of year our thoughts go back to friends who are no longer with us physically, but will always be in our hearts.

A day doesn't go by that I don't think of Dee. She was like a 2nd Mother to me, and over the years I knew her, we made several wonderful memories. She was such an accomplished woman, yet so humble, taking no credit for all she did. Her work was always meticulous and her cooking was just the best. I loved her spinach and leek pies and she would surprise me with a big piece when she made them. We had lunch together every day we worked together at UMASS Medical Center for 15 years. I thought of her today knowing this was the day she went to join her soul mate, Nik, in heaven. I miss you my sweet friend and look forward to seeing you again in Eternity.

Sandy and Dennis,
Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your wonderful mother. Dee was one of the nicest women i have ever met. She always had a smile on her face and was so hospitable and gracious. I have so many memories of the warm and inviting times spent at your table and in her home. Dee loved her family more than all, including Nick. Keep your memories close as I know there is no loss the same as the loss of a mother, no matter how old. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Godspeed Dee.

It is with our deepest sympathy to Dee's son Dennis and her daughter Sandy that we share the loss of your precious Mother. Dee was like a second Mother to me while we worked together closely at UMASS for over 15 years. She was a wonderful, caring, lady who was loved by many. She adored her family and was so proud of her children's accomplishments. My husband and I have the most wonderful memories of Dee and her husband Nick which we will cherish the rest of our lives. Although our hearts are heavy right now, we take comfort in knowing that Dee is now with the love of her life (Nick) and as Christians we know we will see her in Eternity. Rest in peace my sweet friend.
