Mr. Healey contributed greatly to my education and career. Several classes in the Metal Fabrication Lab under his guidance helped me to decide to become a teacher in the Industrial Arts - Technology Engineering area.
On at least one occasion in the early to mid 90's he, along with his colleague, Mr. Murphy came to the school I was teaching in at the time to be judges of my students projects. I semi-retired after 36 years from a profession I truly loved as much as I think he did.
God bless you Mr. Ed Healey and thank you for inspiring all the students that entered your classroom.

Dear Pat and Family,

Please know that you, your family and Ed are in my thoughts. Ed fought an amazing battle, the courage you both showed was/is awe inspiring. Ed was a long time and a very dear friend and I already miss him greatly.

Pat, when Ingrid passed, a friend of mine told me something he felt would help me with my grief. It did! May it do the same for you and your family.

the memory becomes
a treasure."

With greatest sympathy, love and respect,

Peter
