Ellen Stuart Obituary
STERLING - Ellen H. (Person) Stuart, 97 years old, of Sterling, died Tuesday, January 6, 2015 in the LifeCare Center of Leominster. She is survived by her sons, Richard J. Stuart of Sterling and Sparrow Hart of Putney, VT; 4 grandchildren, Paul Stuart, Eric Stuart, Prarie Stuart-Wolff and Amber McEvoy. She leaves seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Leon E. Stuart in 2004.
Ellen was born February 7, 1917 in Sterling, daughter of John S. and Alice H. (Tuttle) Person and had lived in Sterling most of her life. She graduated from Leominster High School and Becker Junior College in Worcester.
A graveside service will be held in the spring in Hillside Cemetery, Sterling. The Silas F. Richardson & Son Funeral Home, 106 West Street, Leominster is assisting the family with arrangements.
