dreamt about you last night, Jannie, and looked for you online, only to find you are gone. You were my first cousin, my first best friend. Remember how we played with our dolls at Honeys pool? The summer I spent two weeks with you in Massachusetts were one of my happiest childhood memories. You could ride like the wind, and I envied your freedom, I thought we would never be separated. How did that happen? My dearest love goes with you, wherever you are.

We loved you in life, Jannie, and will continue to love you always in our hearts. Your smile and laughter will stay with me forever. Rest now among your fellow spirits.

So sad. An old friend from years past. Always to be held in my memory now.
