Aunt Jess you were always kind and had an honest way of speaking from the heart. You made me feel like one of your gang. I have fond memories of you one of which was the time you and I went to the theater to see my first play at age 13. I enjoyed that evening so much.
How can I forget the time when I borrowed Uncle Bill's Buick for a joy ride with my friends when I suddenly went into a construction ditch and slashed all the tires on the car. You were so calm, cool, and collected when I told you what happened. You said "Bills going to have a fit" but somehow you must have smoothed it over because he was quite calm about it. I sure was sweating that one out.
I'll be seeing you.

Love, your niece Jan Enman
