John Bulejcik Obituary

John S. Bulejcik, age 86, of 30 Cudworth Road, died Saturday, August 30, 2008, at home.

His wife, Frances (Majkut) Bulejcik, died in 1998. He leaves a daughter, Jane Becker and her husband Ralph Becker of Milford; two sisters, Irene Russell and Rose Sterczala, both of Webster; one granddaughter, Julia Becker of Milford.

He was born in Dudley, son of the late Stephen and Anna (Strakovic) Bulejcik and lived here most of his life. He was a mail carrier in Webster for 31 years before his retirement. He was a World War II and Korean War, United States Marine Corps. Veteran, and was a member of the American Legion and the Postal Retirement Club.

John's funeral will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2008, with a Mass at 10:00 am in Sain Joseph's Basilica, Whitcomb Street, Webster. Burial, with military honors provided by the Webster-Dudley Veteran's Council, will follow in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Shaw- Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster is directing the arrangements.
