I remember the fond days working with Bill as far back as the days in the 1970's when the D.P.W garage was located on May Street in Webster. Bill had a great sense of humor and a wonderful personality. He would always greet everyone with the phrase, "Hello, how are you" in one sentence. We had a lot of laughs together and I will truly miss him.
