Joseph Spasaro Obituary
Joe was a carpenter for the City of Worcester School Department where he worked for almost 22 years, until retiring in 1993. He was a longtime member of St. Bernard's Church, now known as Our Lady of Providence Parish, a Third Degree Knight of Columbus with the Benedict Council No. 2379 in South Grafton, and a former member of the Frohsinn Club. He enjoyed using his master carpentry skills, traveling, dancing with his wife Mary, and spending time with Ryan and Nicole.
The Spasaro family would like to express their most sincere appreciation to all of the St. Vincent Hospital Staff who provided Joe with such excellent care.
CALLING HOURS will be from 5 to 8 P.M. on THURSDAY, AUG. 11 in KELLY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Lincoln St. A FUNERAL MASS will be held at 10 A.M. on FRIDAY, AUG. 12 in St. BERNARD'S CHURCH, 228 Lincoln St. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. The family suggests donations in memory of Joe be made to the Catholic Restoration Apostolate Employee Crisis Fund, c/o St. Vincent Hospital, 123 Summer St., Worcester, MA 01608. Together many years we have shared times together with your Dad and your Mom. I heart felt sympathies are sent to you all, this is hard falling upon the heels of just losing your Mother.
