Kathryn Kender Obituary

Kathryn E. (Lachance) Kender, 68

Worcester - Kathryn E. (Lachance) Kender, 68, passed away on January 7.

Her husband, James Kender predeceased her. She leaves her companion, Robert Gannon with whom she lived; a brother, Roger and his wife, Donna Lachance of Leicester; two sisters, Dorothy Storms of Leicester and Beverly Hickey of Shrewsbury and nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Oscar and Helen (Bracewell) Lachance and graduated from Anne Marie College.

Kathryn worked as a laboratory technician at UMASS Medical Center. She enjoyed going to Mohegan Sun, playing keno and watching the New England Patriots. Kathryn will be missed for her beautiful smile and laugh that lit up the world.

A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
