Kerry Lamanuzzi Obituary
UXBRIDGE - Kerry Jean Lamanuzzi (McGowan), age 56, of Uxbridge and formerly of Norwood died at UMass University Hospital after an illness. She was the devoted, loving wife of John M. Lamanuzzi for 28 years.
Kerry was born on June 16, 1965, the daughter of Joan McGowan (Wood) of Norwood and the late Richard McGowan. She graduated from Norwood High School then earning her associate degree from UVM. She worked in customer service for Rodenheiser.
Kerry was a caring, loving person. She was always smiling and was extremely devoted to her family. She enjoyed the ocean, day trips and dining out.
In addition to her husband John, Kerry is survived by her loving son John M. Lamanuzzi Jr. of Uxbridge; her mother Joan McGowan of Norwood; her siblings: Rick McGowan and his wife Jeanni of Norwood, Kevin McGowan of Canton, Donna Sullivan and her husband Tom of Middleboro, and Joanne Cuddy and her husband Bob of Norwood; her beloved dog, Lily; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Calling hours for Kerry will be held on Sunday, September 12th from 2-5 P.M. at Buma Funeral Home, 101 N. Main Street, Uxbridge.
A funeral will be held on Monday, September 13th from Buma Funeral Home, Uxbridge at 10 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. in St. Mary Church, 77 Mendon Street, Uxbridge.
Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kerry's name may be made to one of her favorite organizations started by Clara Barton: The Barton Center for Diabetes Education Inc., 30 Ennis Rd., North Oxford, MA 01537.
