Louise Shaw Obituary

Louise A. (Gardner) Shaw, 88, of The Willows died December 5, 2008 in Beaumont of Westborough. Her husband Edward H. Shaw died in 1993.

She leaves two sons, Edward A. Shaw and his wife Janice of Dedham; David H. Shaw and his wife Jeanette of Westminster, MD; a daughter, Frances Hemstreet and her husband Larry of Lancaster; seven grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Born in Braintree and raised in Weymouth, she was the daughter of the late Everett T. and Mabel F. (Farrar) Gardner. Prior to moving to Westborough eight years ago, Louise lived in Hanover and Hingham.

Calling hours are Monday, Dec. 8, 2008 from 5 to 8 p.m. in Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St. (Rte. 20) Northborough. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, Dec. 9th at 11 a.m. in Trinity Church, 23 Main St. Northborough. Burial will take place at a later date in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Westborough Community Chorus Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 702 Westborough, MA 01581. For online condolences or directions, please visit:
