RIVERSIDE, CA - Marion (Sherman) Franklin, aged 82, of Riverside, CA, once a long time resident of Worcester, MA died Dec. 8, 2012 in Riverside, CA. She was born April 26, 1930 in Worcester, MA. She was raised by Mable & Thomas Flaherty in the town of Upton.
She was a graduate of the nursing program as an RN. She worked at several places in CA. She had a great love of gardening. Her husband predeceased her by many years.
She leaves behind 4 children, Shaynee Franklin with whom she lived, also Brenda and her husband Colin Shaughnessy; a son Thomas Parent whose wife Barbra predeceased him; a daughter Sandra and her husband William Remillard; a special niece Carol Hebb of Upton and a step daughter Gail Franklin whose husband predeceased her. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
