CHARLTON - Michael A. Beaudette, 54, of Charlton, MA died on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 following a motorcycle accident that occurred in Woodstock, CT. He leaves behind his wife Melinda (Reynolds); his children, Alison, Lucas and Jake. He was the son of Beverly (Mitchell) Beaudette of Charlton and the late Robert Beaudette. He also leaves his sister Debra and her fiancé Chris and her 3 children, Tauren, Jaren and Arianne Choinski, as well as his 'forever' friends; Jeff, Jimmy, Gouch, John, Henry, Ricky, Jake and Joe.
Mike was a 1977 graduate of Shepherd Hill Regional High School, Dudley. He was a United Sates Marine Corps veteran who received his Associates Degree from Worcester State College. He was a licensed power engineer at Saint Gobain in Worcester for the last 12 years.
Mike enjoyed collecting and refinishing antiques, traveling, fishing, and spending time with his family outdoors.
Mike was a creative, kind hearted man who loved everyone and made friends wherever he went. He was always willing to offer a helping hand to anyone ...even a stranger he had just met or a teenage friend who needed assistance.
Charlton and the surrounding towns are filled with Mike's lifelong friends who will miss his crazy ways. Mike cherished you and you all meant the world to him.
A graveside service will be held Friday September 20th at 11 am at West Ridge Cemetery in Charlton, MA. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Mike's life immediately following at The Auburn/Webster Lodge of Elks, 754 Southbridge Street, Auburn. Flowers shall be omitted and donations may be made to The Beaudette's Children Fund, c/o Webster First Federal, 29 Trolley Crossing Road, Charlton, MA 01507. The Britton-Wallace Funeral Home of Auburn is assisting with the arrangements.

I am so sorry and my thoughts and prayers go out to the beaudette family. Mike was such a great guy and although I haven't seen him in many years I remember so many great times from HS. I am sure he must have been such a great Dad and I'll always remember his laughter. Melinda and family,

Melinda, It is so difficult to express our sadness over the loss of Mike at such a young age. Please know that I have been praying for him and you and the children daily. Over the many years I had know Mike, I was regaled by John and others of the many crazy adventures involving them and Mike and I found great joy in them. He was truly one of a kind and will be greatly missed. Take solace in the knowledge that he lived a very exciting and fruitful life with many great friends and family surrounding him.
