I remember when I was a little kid selling lemonade in front of our house. Business wasn't too busy, then Patsy pulled up in the bucket truck and bought my whole pitcher of lemonade, he was a nice man. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.

Dear Mrs. Chiarelli and family,
My first memory of Patsy goes back to 1949 or 50 marching in his tan uniform on Memorial Day. Years later, in college, my summer job was with the highway dept. and sometimes loaned to the light dept. There, it was my privilege to work with Patsy and learn what a fine man I had for a short-term mentor.
I am so sorry for your loss.
