Raymond Flagg Obituary
all of Worcester; a sister, Helen Lapan of Worcester; a brother, Richard Flagg of NJ; ten grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A son, John Flagg, died in 1987.
He was born in Worcester, son of Frank E. and Alice L. (Gero) Flagg. He retired from Sweet Life/New England Grocers after 25 years of service. Ray was a member of Teamsters Local 170. He also enjoyed bowling with his boys on Sunday mornings and going to his favorite donut shop every morning.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 27, 10:00 a.m. in NORDGREN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 300 Lincoln Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home today, Thursday, from 5-8 p.m. Please omit flowers; donations may be made to the VNA Care Network, 120 Thomas Street, Worcester, MA 01608-1280. To my friends Heidi & Joey Flagg, I am saddened to hear of your fathers passing. It's been many years since we laughed and lived on Chino Ave. although the memories may fade they remain burnished in my mind forever. Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss.
