Robert Rekowski Obituary
WEBSTER - Robert L Rekowski, the beloved and devoted husband of Shirley( Borski) Rekowski passed peacefully Friday, January 19, 2018 at Brookside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center after a stroke.
Bob was a gentleman who lived his life by respect and was a good and loyal friend and will be missed by his good friend Jerry Arpin. His trade was a cabinet maker. Bob and Shirley traveled extensively . He was a USMC Veteran. Corporal Robert L. Rekowski of the Korean War.
Bob was the youngest child of the late Louis and Doris Rekowski. He leaves his devoted wife Shirley and a sister Lorraine Polletta and is predeceased by a brother Warren Rekowski.
He has many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Bob was a wonderful man who will be dearly missed by his loving wife and all who knew him. Bob will always be remembered. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 23 at St. Louis Church, 14 Lake St. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Garden Of Peace Cemetery, Webster. Calling hours will be Monday, January 22 from 6 to 8 PM at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley. Please omit flowers.
