Ronald Emery Obituary
UXBRIDGE - Ronald F. Emery, 86, of Uxbridge passed away Thurs., Jan. 23, 2014 in St. Camillus Health Center, Whitinsville with his family by his side. He was the husband of Alice (Bedrosian) Emery.
A resident of Uxbridge for over 50 years, he was employed at Wyman Gordon-Grafton Plant for over 20 years. He had previously worked at the former Whitin Machine Works in Whitinsville.
He was born and raised in Whitinsville, the son of the late George and Hazel (Lambert) Emery and attended Northbridge High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He also loved to tinker in his garage and trips to the casino. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Navy.
Mr. and Mrs. Emery observed their 63rd wedding anniversary on July 1, 2013. In addition to his wife Alice, he is survived by two daughters, Jean Emery Sewell of Alvaton, KY and her longtime companion Tom Walker and Nancy L. and her husband James Berry of Sutton; a brother, Robert and his wife Carol Emery of Sun River, OR; a sister- in-law and a brother-in-law, Rose and Andrew Todd of Whitinsville, along with several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by another brother, Raymond Emery.
Funeral services, with military honors, will be held Friday January 31, 2014 at 1 PM in the BUMA FUNERAL HOME, 480 Church St., Whitinsville. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Whitinsville. There are no visiting hours.

Such sad news but oh so many memories. May these memories help you with your grieving process. So sorry to hear of your loss. Ronald was a great man, husband and father and will be missed by many. So many years have passed but it seems like only yesterday that we were together..love and good thoughts being sent your way. Alice, Jean and Nancy, always remember that he is with you through these memories and the love he had for all of you....
