Stephen Dickinson Obituary

Stephen C. Dickinson, 61, of Phillipston formerly of Lunenburg, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, in the UMass Memorial Healthcare Center on Lake Ave. in Worcester.

Stephen was born in Brookline, MA, on July 10, 1948, a son of the late Morris and Gloria (Craine) Dickinson and grew up in Lunenburg attending Lunenburg Schools. Stephen loved animals and was an ardent supporter of animal rights he was also an artist.

He leaves a son, Jacob S. Dickinson of Swanzey, NH; a daughter, Alisha D. Moore and her husband Shawn of Manchester, NH; a brother, Mark C. Dickinson of Scituate; his former wife, Donna (Rodecki) Dickinson of Gardner; 3 grandchildren, Jordan H. Muzeroll, Samuel A. Moore and August J. Moore, nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by two sons, Samuel Harrison and Taj Narbonne and two brothers, Lee D. Dickinson and Peter C. Dickinson.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 17, at 10:30 a.m. in the Lunenburg Chapel of the Sawyer-Miller-Masciarelli Funeral Homes, 763 Massachusetts Ave., Lunenburg. Burial will be in the North Cemetery in Lunenburg. There are no calling hours.

my deepest condolences to Steve's Family and to his brother Mark. Steve led an challenging life that was interesting . I still remember him on that Motor Cycle with no helmet(wasn't required) and the tall handle bars racing thru town enjoying what the cycle had to offer....may he rest in piece.
