Thomas H. Bullens, 81

WORCESTER - Thomas H. Bullens, 81, went home to the Lord Thursday, June 10, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born in Worcester, son of John H. and Mary P. (Castiello) Bullens. Tom graduated from Sacred Heart School, Commerce High School and Worcester Junior College. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Era and was stationed in the Aleutian Islands. He lived in Michigan for several years then moved to West Boylston to help his parents. Tom had many talents one of which was playing the piano. He entertained at many WPI events, weddings and holidays, and he also played at Mechanics Hall and the DCU Center. Tom was a beautiful artist and created many stained-glass pieces, which were once shown at WPI. He loved working outside and played golf in many leagues.

Tom leaves the love of his life, Sharon L. (LaBaire) Bullens. They enjoyed wonderful vacations in Florida for many years, and their trip of a lifetime together, two weeks in Italy. Tom loved to have fun and enjoyed being with family and friends. He would always give a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He will be very much missed by all who loved him.

There are no calling hours. It was Tom's wish to have a Graveside Service at Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Church Street, West Boylston which will be held Tuesday, June 15th at 11:00am. All are invited to gather directly in section P at the cemetery.
