Yvette S. (Morin) Richardson, 66
STURBRIDGE - Yvette S. (Morin) Richardson, 66, died Thursday, May 30, 2013, at home following a long illness. She leaves her husband of 47 years, Paul T. Richardson. They were married November 20, 1965. She leaves 2 sons, Thomas Richardson and his wife Young-Jin of Princeton, NJ and Derek Richardson and his wife Shari of Hubbardston, MA; and a daughter, Lisa Barsaleau of W. Warren; and 7 grandchildren. She also is survived by her mother, Clara M. (Petit) Morin of Southbridge; 2 brothers, Joseph Morin and his wife Susan of Sturbridge and Gerard Morin and his wife Carla of Brimfield; 4 sisters, Alice Croke and her husband Ray of Southbridge, Anne Marie Bottcher and her husband Dennis of Sturbridge, Lucille Clark and her husband Michael of Sturbridge and Paulette Wood of Sturbridge; and nieces and nephews.
Yvette was born in Southbridge, January 10, 1947, daughter of the late Josephat "Joe" N. Morin, who died in 2000, and Clara (Petit) Morin. She was a member of Notre Dame Church and was educated at the former Notre Dame School in Southbridge. She worked for 20 years at the Southbridge Savings Bank retiring as a branch manager.
She enjoyed camping and traveling, but mostly she loved spending time with her family.
The funeral will be Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 8:45AM from Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy St., Southbridge with a Mass at 10AM at Notre Dame Church, 446 Main St., Southbridge. Burial will follow at New Notre Dame Cemetery, N. Woodstock Rd., Southbridge. Calling hours will be Monday, June 3rd, from 6-8PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472
