Alice was my heart friend for many years at First Baptist Church in Nashville. She wasn't scared of ANYthing. I miss her.

Alice was a dear friend and very faithful member of Nashville's First Baptist Church. She was always smiling and willing to help in any way. Her legacy will live on in the lives of many. So sorry for your loss. I was out of town or would have been at her service.

I just learned of Alice's passing. I worked with Alice in the McWherter administration and in the legislature. Governor McWherter had a high regard for Alice and always gave her credit for helping him in the early days of his speakership. I am so very sorry for your loss. Alice was truly a unique individual. I will remember her with a smile. Betty Haynes
