Al Greenfield endured many hardships during his life time and still remained a gentle soul. He was proud to share his story, yet he was not a proud man, he was very humble and gracious to all. I am thankful that Lawrence and him shared so much time together and were real pals. I am honored to have been friends with him and his family. Mike, Steve, Josh I know that you will miss him dearly, I hope it is a comfort to know that many loved him and that now he is at rest.
God Bless you all, Brenda Nicks

I always said that the best luck I ever had was getting the parents I had.
I appreciated what they did for me; the home they gave me, the good food, clean clothes, well-kept home, the support, their morals, and their love. They never told you to do one thing and then they would do another.
I will miss them, but shall always smile at the memories of our time together.
Mike and I had a good life with them. They loved us, we loved them. Those are the true riches of life.
