Nashville - POPE, William "Bill", 75, of Nashville, TN passed away September 26, 2018. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Mitcheal Pope; siblings, Larry Pope & Diane Hussy. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Brigitte Pope; daughters, Juritta, Ute, Carmen & partner, Derek, Agnes & husband, Brian & Petra & husband, Ron; 5 grandchildren; siblings, Nate, Vernell, Macey, Maurice & Brenda; numerous nieces & nephews. A memorial service will be held at 5pm Monday at Valley View Baptist Church, 2442 Eastland Ave., Nashville, TN. PHILLIPS-ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME, www.phillipsrobinson.com, 615-262-3312

To the Pope Family
I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Eugene. My prayers and condolences are with you.
Weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. Hold to the happy memories.
(Some of mine are of the youthful fun we shares at the house on the corner of 30th Avenue North.
