Survived by devoted mother, Priscilla Rutledge; father, David Starnes, Sr.; godfather, Charles Scruggs; daughter, Ja'Varia Rutledge; brothers & sisters, Charles (Tesha) Rutledge, Shanice Rutledge, Sharlea Starks, Ocean Starnes, David Starnes, Jr. and Noah Starnes; grandmothers, Sandra Dunlap and Kimberly Frierson; great-grandmother, Yvonne Christian; a host of aunts, uncles cousins, other relatives and many friends.
Public viewing Friday, February 20, 2015 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., at Highland Hills Funeral Home, 2422 Brick Church Pike.
Visitation Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 1-2 p.m., with funeral to follow at the House of God Church (Keith Dominion), 2714 Scovel St., with Pastor Frank D. Stevenson, Sr., eulogy. Interment Greenwood North Cemetery.
