Mrs. Mitchell was my 8th grade English teacher. Her attention to grammatical detail taught me much of what I know about writing today. She was a significant influence. Wish I had told her sooner.

I had worked at Volunteer State Community College several years ago. What I remember most is standing at the reference desk talking to Fran. I could tell then what a dear person she was. I just wish I had of known her better.
